The Band Memo burst onto the NYC music scene in 2025, quickly earning a reputation for their electrifying live performances. Their sound nods to the spirit of classic rock, but with a perspective that feels fresh and original. 

The band’s recent self recorded and produced EP, Treading Water, marks a significant step forward in their development as a studio band. The collection feels both timeless and distinctly of the moment, drawing from the sounds of the ’60s and ’70s while channeling the raw energy and immediacy of 2026.

Having played support slots for the likes of The Heavy Heavy, Allen Stone, and Mihali of Twiddle, and completing their first headline tour in the summer of 26', The Band Memo has begun to entrench itself as a fast rising act in the Retro Rock/Jam space.
