VIOLENTEER

Website | Facebook | Instagram | Spotify | Apple Music | Bandcamp

“With relentless energy and a unique dual-bass approach, Violenteer has created its own space in heavy rock, one that’s full of character and artfulness, delivering an emotionally charged, sonically pummeling experience. It’s urgent and enduring, and its maturity shines through....sets an existential-laden tone, balancing melancholy with pure intensity...resonates with the ferocity of noise-rock pioneers, while maintaining a modern, dynamic edge...timeless and forward thinking.”

DEDICATIONS

Facebook | Instagram | Bandcamp

Dedications is an Omaha band made up of members of longtime local acts Stronghold, Criteria, Split Second, and Race for Titles. Pulling from ’90s post-hardcore and the haze of modern shoegaze, the band builds loud, layered songs around three guitars, big melodies, and a love for the kind of guitar music that lives somewhere between basement shows and ‘90s college radio. It’s heavy when it needs to be, catchy when it shouldn’t be, and rooted in the same DIY ethos the members have been a part of in Omaha for years.
