Letter to Elise brings The Five Stages of Grief Album Release Show to Buffalo Iron Works on Friday, December 11th with special guests TJ Zindle & The Sure Things and Adelaide!

Letter to Elise:

Letter to Elise is a Buffalo, NY-based five-piece formed in 2020 featuring frontman Elliott Hunt, Chris Lillis (keyboard/vocalist), Jon Gordner (guitarist), Wally Galey (bassist), and Marcus Ryan (drummer). Blending Buffalo grit with the shimmering synth sound of their 80s influences, their music encapsulates the soul of the Rust Belt and the vision of a city that never stops singing.

Following their national appearance on NBC’s The Voice, the band released their debut LP, ‘the five stages of grief’ in 2026.

Back home, they have collaborated with Robby Takac of the Goo Goo Dolls to record a high-energy cover of “Mr. Brightside” - a nod to Buffalo’s tradition of belting the anthem at Bills games. They performed the song live with Robby to a packed crowd at the 2025 Music is Art festival.
