Event Details
Griffin Benton is an alternative rock singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist from Detroit, MI. Blending massive guitar riffs, anthemic vocals, and gritty lyrics, he's developed a unique sonic fingerprint that’s sure to leave you craving more. Benton's tormented mixture of instrumentals borrow from Queens of the Stone Age, Foo Fighters, and Jack White, fused with the baritone vocal styles of singers like Billy Idol, Alex Turner, and David Bowie. His most recent album, In A Darker Shade, is a moody record packed to the brim with stories of heartbreak, sex, and loss; all crooned over an unforgiving, gloomy soundtrack. Singles debuted on KCRW and WRIF radio, with the album now exceeding a million streams and sending Griff around the country to play to hungry fans. After suffering a near-fatal accident in late 2024, Griffin has found himself back in his studio picking up the pieces and preparing new music for release this year.
And always remember, GRIFF DOES IT DARKER.
